The fish is always super fresh and the chef knows how to perfectly prepare the sushi rice. Also, some delicious signature sushi rolls. The hibachi section is always filled with people who look to be having a wonderful time enjoying their meals. We love sushi and that is served separately in a different part of the restaurant. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. It's very busy on the weekends in the summer as it's near Long Beach Island.”

The Burgers are great (had the K burger on my first visit), & had a succulent duck with blackberry glaze special one night that was out of this world & the mashed potatoes are awesome. Others in my party had the crab dip which was termed "excellent", vodka sauce pasta, a supper steak special & the scallops. All were very pleased with everything ordered. Highly recommend Kubel's if you are on the island!”
