“Best practice I have had in awhile. Loved the class structure (it was a vinyasa flow) and the instructor. We went through the flow and balancing poses but towards the end we also actually reviewed technique - shoulder stand and hand stand. I felt like, in addition to the practice, I was also learning. Fun class- will definitely go back!”
