We did have an appointment with a salesman(Larry Royce), but going in first thing in the morning wouldn't have mattered as it wasn't terribly busy. Salesman offered us beverages (non-alcoholic) after we sat down to discuss our needs/options etc. Larry went through the 9's to ensure everything question was answered correctly.
