(November 8, 2018, 1:36 pm)We had to put my my is week in this facility. I can't say enough how welcoming and understanding the administrator Crystal and staff on the second floor have been. It has been difficult with family to do this but I know now my mom connie is in safe caring hands.

(August 23, 2018, 5:30 pm)I just want to take the time, to make a few comments about my stay at The Healthcare Center at Bloomingdale. My stay was one of the best experiences I’ve have under went in such a difficult time in my life. Both my brother and I were at the facility at the same time. Unfortunately, while at the facility my brother passed away. The staff could not be more helpful and comforting during this difficult time. The Social Worker’s Greisy and James made sure all my needs were taking care of. While assisting, to making sure I was able to visit my brother during hospital stays, be with him in his last moments, and attend his funeral. I was touched by the fact that even members of the staff attended my brother’s funeral. It truly meet the world to me to have their support, especially because my brother was the only family I had remaining. Several staff members have truly made me feel like family. Not only was everyone supportive during the loss of my brother, my care was outstanding. From the nursing staff Valerie, Shannon, and Joe to name a few. The therapy staff Tim, Liz, Kate, and Dana again just to name a few. The Health Center at Bloomingdale was truly heaven sent during such a difficult time in my life. From the staff to the other residents everyone made me feel completely at home. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place with caring, love, and support for their loved ones.
