Great real estate company in NJ
I highly recommend Thomas Hanle (realtor) from Coldwell Banker in Clifton. As a first time buyer we didn’t know much about real-estate. However, with Tom’s help it was definitely an advantage to find our perfect home. Tom is an excellent knowledgeable person and helped my husband and I find our first home. Best real estate agent I have worked with till this day, not to mention military friendly (she is certified and knowledgeable about VA loans). Working with Johanna been nothing short than a pleasure. She is very proactive and professional. Johanna Ramirez looks out for the interest of the buyer/seller rather than her own pocket, something I have unfortunately experienced from other agents. She is honest and is not afraid of telling you when a sell is not beneficial to her client, even if it means losing out on her commission, something rare nowadays. There aren’t too many people out there I can actually say I can recommend working and doing business with, Johanna Ramirez is definitely one of them.
