  Thanks to Leonard Boyer and his team we were able to save our home from foreclosure.
  We were receiving constant phone calls and letters from our creditors in the mail and 'Sheriff Sale' notices were being taped to our door informing us that foreclosure and removal from our home was imminent. We were several months behind in our mortgage payments and eventually, even when we attempted to make payments, the bank was rejecting our payments.
  Before we went to Mr. Boyer and his team, our bank was unwilling to renegotiate the terms of our loan and in fact, had put us in a position that increased the pressure for us to give up and surrendered our home. A lien was placed on our bank accounts, funds were taken out and we had no way to stop it. We were unable to meet basic expenses like food, utilities and transportation. Once we hired Leonard Boyer, it all stopped and he helped us reach an agreement with our creditors , including the bank that holds our mortgage so that we were able to not only keep our home but meet expenses again. We went from not being able to sleep to saving our home and working on repairing our finances.
  The process we went through has been long and at times difficult but, from the beginning, Mr. Boyer was honest and gave us no guarantees of a specific outcome but by following his advice, the possible outcome he initially suggested was achieved. His honesty and clarity during our initial consultation was what made us hire him and his team. It was the right decision.

  Before coming to Mr. Boyer, I was frustrated because the attorney I had previously retained was often unreachable and did not seem to have a clear plan. I was facing both tax lien foreclosure and mortgage foreclosure. Despite having an attorney, I thought I was alone and helpless. When I meet with Mr. Boyer and his staff, I was made to feel welcome. Mr. Boyer, spent over an hour with me, looking over the case file, and he pointed out in clear and concise words, exactly what should have been done, and how he was gong to fix it. He was very specific. I chose Mr. Boyer and his firm over all the others, because he made me feel important, and to make sure I could always reach him, he gave me his business card, with his office number and business cell phone. When I called, even on weekends, he took the time to calm my fears and patiently answer all my questions and concerns. Mr. Boyer's firm, eliminated the tax lien foreclosure and the lender's foreclosure, and through his efforts, I received a very good loan modification. As a result of this services, my family and I had the piece of mind and the security of knowing that we not only we not going to lose our home, but the monthly payment would be significantly less. My life and that of my family is much more stable and despite the Corvid Pandemic and the crazy work around us, we feel safe and secure. I strongly recommend Mr. Boyer and his caring staff to anyone who has a legal problem. Everyone was very professional, but also personable, which was very important to me.

  As like anyone, one will always feel uncomfortable in a lawyers office. Awesome to say my visit was not like that at all. From the 1st day I walked into Mr. Boyers office, I felt welcomed! He and his team is very knowledgeable and intelligent team who are highly dedicated to their clients. All communications were wonderful and very responsive at any time of the day. The whole process was as easy and smooth that i can ever imagine.   I wanted to invest in real estate, but I saw the mistakes my friends had made and I wanted to be properly protected and not suffer as they had. After searching and interviewing several attorneys, I meet with Mr. Boyer. He explained to me in simple terms how to set up the business and provide maximum protection against personal liability and tax benefits. I retained him to set up the right corporate structure for my business and in 6 months it has worked out very well and I have had no problems because of his work.   I purchased a car from the used car dealer that was supposed to be a Certified used car. I had agreed on a purchase price of $40,000.00, and was assured by the Finance Manager and the salesperson that I would get a great loan rate. I agreed to a $30,000 loan and I was not told exactly what the interest rate would be, but I was told it would be the best. But when I got the loan statement in the mail, I found it was from a lender that I never heard of. My car was not turning properly and shaking at high speed. The dealer never actually fixed the car right. I didn’t know what to do, so I searched for an attorney and found attorney Leonard Boyer. He told me exactly what he would do and he was confident that he would prevail against the dealer. One week prior to trial, he told me the dealer would take back the car, and return all my money and that they would pay me triple damages plus attorney fees. I was relieved and thrilled to death. Mr. Boyer turned my nightmare into a sunny day. His calm and patient matter and legal skills got me through this. I would recommend him to anyone who has a legal problem.
