(September 28, 2018, 11:56 am)I went to this location when the Belleville store didn’t have the phone I wanted. The staff was helpful but slow. With higher emphasis on professionalism and customer service, this store can earn 5 stars. Richard was especially patient and helpful.

Richard was amazing; he upgraded my phone in the least amount of time it's ever taken, he was knowledgable about the products, the packages available and the costs. He was personable, friendly and funny. The entire team was pleasantly entertaining and made what could have been a boring and tedious task into a pleasant and fun visit.
