  I needed an MRI and was suggested to try CIC. Since I was already in the building I headed to the first floor and walked in. I asked if I could make an app and if they were in network. Both answers were yes. The radiologist who was chatting w the front office women welcomed me and said he could actually take me now. I was so surprised and grateful. The machine is completely OPEN so if you have any claustrophobic tendencies like me you will be pleasantly surprised. The machine was also somewhat noisy however it was way quieter than other MRIs I’ve been to. Afterwards, I was given a gift (container of cookies)and the CD of my MRI. This was a great experience and i highly recommend this pleasant and friendly office!

  Took my 4 year old for an MRI. From the moment I walked in until I left the staff and technician made us feel very comfortable and calm about such a lengthy procedure for a small child. The technician made sure my son was comfortable before beginning and they made me comfortable to sit next to him throughout the procedure. At the end they gave my son so much praise and rewarded him with two packs of chocolate cookies which he loves. If anyone in my family ever needs any imagining procedure for health purposes I will recommend them to this place. I am a very satisfied customer.
