The staff at Valley has always been welcoming and friendly, they treat her like she is one of the family. They answer all the questions no matter how many you have and take the time to review your pets health. They provide you with preventive tips and it's not always about the money. LoveThem

(July 9, 2018, 4:53 pm)I recently left both my dogs (an older not so easy to handle 8 year old and a very high energy puppy of 6 months) for a week while we were on vacation. What a great job John did handling both dogs!! They were well cared for and came home happy and healthy. The staff was helpful and kind as always. It is never easy to leave your fur babies, but if you must, I would highly recommend boarding at Valley. Collette goes above and beyond to make you feel totally comfortable and at ease... it's that personal touch and added love that keeps us coming back over the last 8 years.
