  this place is so beautiful i loved the time i got to spend here with my family! they help animals and also have picnic tables so you can eat there. we packed up a basket with sandwiches and enjoyed a beautiful day outside. they have trails as well for you to walk. loved every minute.

  Lovely place to go for a quiet walk and contemplate nature. Some folks like to walk their dogs there. There's also a well done wheelchair-accessible path that affords lovely views of the lake, and includes several picnic tables. But remember this is a nature preserve, and not necessarily built for people's convenience. The only restroom is a porta-john.

  Great place to hike with dogs. Well maintained path though wet and swampy after hard rain. Lakes and streams. Connects to High Mountain Reservation.

  What a great hidden gem! This place is beautiful! Almost passed the entrance up from the main road. Almost looks like a private driveway. Parking lot is small and there is an area to rent kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards for a very reasonable fee. Plenty of shade and picnic tables. Great place to walk the dog. Be sure to check out the bridges on the island trail!

  Nice park with good hiking trails. There are kayaking boats available to hire for $20 an hour. We did different hiking trails around the lake. Straightforward trails which are mark d hence easy to navigate. The only complain is about not having public restrooms which was disappointing.
