Good to great prices (don't go by the web price; speak to them), great service. Only reason I didn't give them five stars is the very small showroom. Can't see/touch the overwhelming majority of the appliances they sell, but if you can decide (or narrow it down) based on shopping their website, they can get it for you in a timely manner for the best prices around (as far as I can tell). And, as important as everything else, not a pushy sales experience, but they genuinely want to help you, even if that means not buying something yet.
