  Industrial Hardware spent over 1 hour in conversations, education, and emails over a $53 order of screws. This is absolutely unheard of and unbelievable. They provided me with excellent communication and taught me things about screws that I never even knew existed. Placed an order with them and received it within 24 hours. This is a great company ran by even better people.

  I have been doing business with Industrial Hardware for many years and have never once been disappointed in their service. Fred goes out of his way to find exactly what we need, exactly when we need it even when I call him with what seems like an impossible request. Industrial's inventory is extensive and their customer service exceeds expectations every time. I am grateful to have them as my "go to" hardware supplier. I highly recommend them for all of your standard and specialty hardware needs.
