I have been going to Dr. Bloch for over 9 years! I used to go to Lenscrafters, but I am so happy that I switched. Sophia, at the front center desk, is great and caring! Sophia also speaks Spanish -- Sophia habla Español! She has a great personality and genuinely cares about the patient. Dr. Bloch explains everything very thoroughly and answers all of my questions. This might be why some people experience long wait times, but I appreciate the attention. My sister and a few friends see Dr. Bloch as well. We have all had great experiences!
