I’m impressed with their customer service. I think this is the best customer service I have ever received in any industry. From the moment I contacted them on the phone until the moment I went to pick up my prescription they were incredibly helpful. I’d recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I have always been a customer at Carmen's since they open up, awesome customer service , specially at the 32 Hine St location....very pleasant people, helpful, informative... oh! they offered me a delicious coffee. we live a world of a lot of different people/culture and hard to please everyone....all I can say is that both of Carmen's locations are awesome.
