  Totowa auto group is like no other "car dealership" or "salesman" I had met. I say it in "quotes", because the moment I walked in, he respected my time, read my energy and gave me the space to examine what I needed in a car. Unlike other car businesses (I had been to FOUR before him), he didn't drill me with questions to "keep me distracted" or dispute my intuition. He's a bright individual, who not only guides you calmly through what can be a stressful experience, he is also quite affable and may teach you a thing or two. Pricing is fair with Totowa Auto Group

  I had bought 2 cars here for my family and both are very good, the cars very clean,very honest ,friendly place.. I recommend it to anyone who needs a good car.

  Jack at Totowa Auto Sales are some of the most professional, supportive, and honest salesman I’ve ever dealt with! I had interest in one of their vehicles but since I was a 4+ hour drive away from their dealership, I had tons of questions before making that kind of commute to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time, or to make sure I wouldn’t be disappointed upon seeing the vehicle in person. They were so patient and accommodating to all of my concerns and were more than happy to provide me with any and all information to make sure I was satisfied before making the 4 hour drive. I asked for numerous pictures, a walk-around video of the exterior and interior, asked questions about recalls and specs on the car, as well as a car-fax and additional history on the vehicle, and they responded to all of my requests quickly, efficiently, and honestly! Their character was verified after seeing the car in person - it was in even better shape than they described! And not to mention at a GREAT price! They also went out of their way to show me the car on their only day off to accommodate to my schedule! What separates these guys from the rest is the fact that they aren’t just in this business to make a buck; they are car-enthusiasts who truly want to see the buyer happy and make sure the car is the right fit for their customer. If I found another car I was interested in at their dealership, I wouldn’t hesitate for a SECOND to make the 4+ hour drive all over again! Thank you so much again Jack!
