Customer service is what I'm rating here. TD Banks are TD Banks. Same rules and regulations apply state (nation)wide. So what sets one branch apart from another branch are the staff members who provide the service.
One of the tellers is a sweetheart. I believe her name is Carolyn. Very personable, upbeat, extremely professional and always have a genuine smile. It gives me great pleasure to conduct business with someone who looks like they are not dreading their job. It makes me feel better inside and puts me in a better mood.
If more people had her attitude while working, we would all make this world a better place.
Aside from that, I'm being forced to bank at this particular branch in the shopping center because this is where I am currently located for work. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with grumpy people if I don't have to.
