  I've been a patient at North Jersey Chiro for a few years now. Dr. Ray is attentive and genuinely shows care and concern for each of his patients. (He also seems to have boundless energy!) I tend to carry tension and stress in my upper shoulders and neck, and regular alignments have helped significantly; it's gotten to the point where if I get "too busy" to make appointments for a while, I can tell I need to go back just by the level of tension in my neck. He also helped me investigate an issue with my knee - walking me through the process of getting it checked out, and even recommending a specialist he trusts to take a look at it. The physical therapy provided in-house is also great; Dr. Danielle has helped me with the aforementioned knee injury and recently an issue with my shoulder. I implicitly trust these professionals and I can't say enough positive things about my experiences.

  Chiropractic adjustments are nothing new to me. Having been very involved in sports throughout my elementary, High School and College years, I was adjusted on a regular basis. Keeping my spine aligned and arm in pitching form helped improve my game tremendously.
  The career that I have chosen involves a lot of bending, lifting and standing, in addition to long hours of painting. Now more than ever, continuing chiropractic care is extremely important.
  I love coming to see Dr. Ray whenever I'm in town. He helps me to feel my best and I know that I'll be able to tackle my projects as a result. He's a fantastic chiropractor who has made a big difference in my life.

  I should probably start by saying I never believed in chiropractic work. After 9 months of debilitating dizziness, headaches, and numbness/weakness in my arms with no answers but "wait and see" from traditional doctors, I decided to give it a try. From day 1, Dr. Ray listened to my concerns and was confident he could help. X-rays revealed I had issues in my cervical spine and I began adjustments 3 times a week. Almost immediately, I felt relief.
  I've been a patient for almost 4 months and feel like a different person. Not only have my symptoms (and my worries over them) disappeared, but Dr. Ray has educated me on forward head posture and given me exercises to do at home, to play an active part in my recovery. He and Maureen, the office manager, always greet you with a smile and an upbeat attitude, and the evening hours are so convenient for those of us that work a typical day. I can't recommend Dr. Ray and North Jersey Chiropractic Rehabilitation Center enough.

  I did not think it was possible to alleviate the lower back pain that acconpanied, however Dr Ray was able to give me such relief. Even after the first visit. Overall, I've seen a huge difference in my comfort and mobility.
  What is the most impressive to me though is the other ways my health has improved as well. I have suffered from chronic migraines at least 3 days a week for years. I have not had a single migraine since beginning treatment with Dr Ray.
  Maureen and the rest of the staff are so warm and welcoming. They go out of their way for me every time I am in the office. I have already, and will continue to, recommend .

  Every experience I have had at North Jersey Chiropractic for the last 6 months when I became a patient has been exceptional. From the moment I called and spoke with the always-friendly and helpful administrative assistant, Maureen, it did not feel like a typical, cold atmosphere you might expect from a doctor's office. Everyone I encounter has a smile on his or her face, including my physical therapists, Dr. Danielle and Melanie. I can only say this helpful and friendly atmosphere is a direct result of Dr. Ray, who leads by example. Not only is he a genuinely friendly, caring doctor, he has helped my back feel much better, even in the few months I've been attending. He takes care to assess new patients' needs and explain his diagnosis, as well as how he is going to work on the necessary corrections. I never feel rushed when there, yet I also do not have to wait when an appointment is made. The entire office is very welcoming to my 2-year-old daughter, on the occasion I have to bring her with me. Even she likes to attend my appointments because they have a doll house set up for her to play with! This is a top notch office, from top to bottom!
