  Great service !! My husband and I recently purchased a new home and it had well water. We debated back and forth sticking with well water or switching to city water (New Jersey American Water). We kept being told that city water was the way to go without really educating ourselves on well water. Thanks to NJAW bad customer service we researched more on well water and pros/cons what we needed etc. My husband found Aspen Water on home advisor and saw all the great reviews he spoke with Steve set up an appointment which then Steve came to the house and tested the water, saw the system that was currently in place, saw what my husband was looking to get and gave us his opinion. Within a week Steve said the entire new system would be in and installed. When Steve received the delivery from Brita he didn’t feel comfortable accepting it because something was rattling and the package had fallen in the trailer. Steve sent back that shipment and called Brita. He drove 2 HOURS to Pennsylvania to get the brand new parts so his guy could come to our home and install that day. I told him he could’ve explained the situation and we would have understood but he didn’t want to disappoint first time customers and went out of his way to go above and beyond for us. His worker Antonio installed the system where my husband had asked if we could (different location than the current system) with absolutely no problem, explaining to me every step of the way what he was doing. Steve also made sure he was there to oversee the job and even helped us resolve an issue we were having in our basement with his knowledge of homes and water and foundation. He let me know that once we are ready to move in to give him a call and he will come follow up but the system was up and running when they left. We are very happy with this top of the line Brita system we chose and even happier with the amazing service. These guys are very personable and knowledgeable. I’m glad we chose Aspen to service our home and look forward to working with them in the future!

  The product itself is good and worth it. I have it for just over a week and can see the difference in my water. I just didn’t like that they weren’t as transparent upfront regarding the water test and the whole presentation at the house. I wanted a system like this. There was no reason to have to prove my water quality in order for me to purchase it. The installer was amazing and he took time to educate me on the system and make sure it was placed where I wanted. I think they will get more business if they stop the “sales” routine they do and become transparent about the quality of their product and service.

  Aspen installed a neutralizer and water softener in my home. The job went smoothly and swiftly. Steve promised I would have water that was as good as bottled water. He was correct! Not being familiar with the new water systems put in place, I had some concerns. Steve came back to my house and showed me what they did and why, and explained the process of the filtration of the water. After Steve’s visit, I felt more comfortable with the water systems. I recommend Aspen for your water needs.

  Aspen Water did our stainless steel water softener install and it is working perfectly. We feel the difference on our skin and our appliances have not built up any calcium since the install. Highly Recommended. Great product.

  After searching for a water softening system for over a month, Steve Zuckerman returned one of the many inquiry calls I'd been leaving with several water companies. With that one phone call an appointment was set, a water test was done the following day, and the system was up and running the day after that. The service was quick and professional. I even called them following week because I unplugged my system and they were there immediately to service the machine. I’m a new customer but so far extremely satisfied thanks Steve.
