I am from Niagarafalls and my car broke on I-80 W before Totota exit and I randomly picked their shop to tow my car and IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER. I never seen them in my life but JJ and his partner helped me like I was their known regular customer. I didn’t know noone in Totowa and without their help, i don’t know where I would be today. My car stopped Words can’t explain how thankful I am for the two Machanic that runs the work shop. They fixed my car for reasonable price, offer food and let me stay in their warm office for 4 hours and treated me like their guest. We need more people like them in this world. No strangers ever helped me out like J&F staff did ever in my life. I will forever be appreciated for the boys at J & F. If you bring your car their you are in good hands they will take care of you like their own, regardless if you know them or not.
(November 30, 2018, 4:53 pm)I have had a few repairs done here and I keep coming back because of the fair prices/quality of work. Overall, they're a good group of guys who aren't out to pull one over on anyone.
