  Andrew is amazing. Our water heater broke and flooded our apartment. Andrew contacted our insurance adjuster right away and had us moved into a hotel. He had a claims report drafted in no time and our insurance adjuster had agreed to pay for the damages within two weeks. I would definitely recommend Gibson and Associates to anyone with a claim. They made the whole process quick and easy for us.

  I would highly recommend Gibson and Associates. They were extremely professional and know the business inside and out. They ensured that we received what we deserved from the insurance company and I was surprised at the speed at which they did so. They also were able to have us moved out of our apartment and into a hotel within days of us contracting their services. Andrew was very helpful, responsive and thorough. I would recommend their services to anybody who has an insurance claim.

  March 7, 2018, marked a day that we became victims of a dreadful snowstorm. After, we had months of struggling to resolve the problem with insurance companies. Our roof was still leaking, there was no heat or air conditioning, overall it became miserable by the day. We had finally hired Gibson & Associates (a public insurance adjuster) and they had everything solved within three weeks.
  At first, we had much doubt that hiring an adjuster would help, but after dealing with Andrew (a representative for the company) we became very confident in their practices. Overall the team we had worked with were very professional and would explain anything we would have trouble understanding. They were very knowledgeable, which essentially resulted in our replacement cost value (the amount the insurance company paid for repairs) being increased by 50%. We are very grateful for having found Gibson & Associates, and would highly recommend working with them for anyone in a similar situation.
