Mrs. BZZZ was easy to make an appointment with. I called and spoke with Randi who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The owner, Brian, came the very next day and arrived on time. He was able to identify and determine what the problem was and explained in detail exactly what needed to be done in order to remedy the issue I was having with termites. I had previously contacted a well-known pest and termite company and their representative spent two hours inspecting my residence and informed me that they would get back to me with an estimate. It has been one week and I still have not received any information from them. Mrs. Bzzz addressed the issue the same day they inspected. I found Mrs. Bzzz Pest & Termite Solutions to be reliable, up-front, prompt and efficient and I highly recommend this company to anyone searching for this type of service.

Annoying squirrels in the attic for months! Tried a few other companies before finally finding one that could actually get rid of them. Very happy with the timely, professional service and I would recommend them to anybody who has a pest control problem.

I called Viking and explained to them what I thought my insect problem might be and asked to send someone to the house for an inspection. Viking told me that they do not send anyone for inspection, but would be more than happy to quote me a price based on my guess.
I felt that I deserved better customer service than that, so I decided to try Mrs. Bzzz. Brian made the house call, checked inside and outside and diagnosed the problem. He also gave me some advice on what I could do on the outside of the house to minimize insect problems.
Brian returns phone calls in a timely manner, is friendly and knowledgeable and believes in customer service/satisfaction, which is so rare today.
