  Ralph is literally amazing!! I went in there with a fever, and he adjusted me. I went home, sweat it all out and my fever dropped! I woke up feeling SO much better! He is great at what he does and he has helped my family and I tremendously

  Last year I crash during a bicycle race at 30 mph on Branch Brook NJ, I landed on my head and my right shoulder, I went to a regular chiropractor 2 times a weeks for months and still was not feeling right, I was considering surgery for my shoulder. I start reading online about the atlas aligment and that is how I find Dr. Ralph, he was amazing, he probably spend like 30 min with me, toke some x-ray, align my atlas and ajust my shoulder in one sesion, my pain was gone by the next day. Thank you so much for all your help Dr. Ralph.

  Ralph is really wonderful. I was experiencing some back pain in the morning. I was also diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age, and it’s always in the back of my head as the reason I’m experiencing some back discomfort. Ralph took xrays and walked me through the result images. Turns out I don’t have scoliosis! And Ralph fixed my back...now it feels better than ever. Would highly recommend. Really cares about his patients and genuinely wants to see them heal. Also a really nice guy.

  I have gone to 6 Chiropractors in the North Jersey area, and none have been as effective as Dr. Lemongello. The first time I visited him I was suffering from acute pain in my thoracic spine and he cured it immediately which was simply fantastic and honestly unexpected. I have remained his patient, and now every time I leave the office I feel my stress levels are reduced and my body feels better. My job is tough on my back, and Dr Lemongello helps to keep me feeling up to the task.
