(April 16, 2018, 10:10 pm)Keri Ruf is a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist who is very special. We have been coming to her for many years. My husband purchased his first hearing aids from her 8 or 9 years ago. She helped us with our transition to Florida when we moved from New Jersey so my husband could get service for his hearing aids there if needed. We much prefer seeing Keri as we do whenever we come up to NJ. She is very honest, patient, and compassionate and spends as much time with us as we need. Rather than selling us new hearing aids when she didn't think they would improve his hearing she spent time programming the ones he had in different ways until she found the right combination for him. Keri always takes times to listen to his requests and make the corrections for his optimum hearing.
We just purchased new hearing aids from Keri and my husband says the improvement is tremendous. Finally we can have normal conversations again, we're so grateful to you for explaining that now the new technology would help my husband hear so well again and indeed It Does.!!!!

Keri made this process comfortable by walking me through a difficult situation with compassion, patience and very knowledgeable. She was able to guide me to the devices which would best suit my needs. The follow up visits are also helpful for fine tuning my aids. I understand from friends these follow up visits are unique to Penta and I believe these visits are key to ensuring you are comfortable and your hearing is at it's best.
