I explained what I was looking for after receiving a friendly greeting from the store manager. She took me in hand and showed me exactly what I wanted. I tried different chairs, but the first one, as she had suggested, was certainly the best of the lot. We then together picked out a suitable fabric, and placed the order! Very happy with the experience. And hoping for good things to be delivered.

I was very happy with my sales rep Brian. He took the time to understand what I wanted. He had patience, interest, & a nice personality, which is very important to customers. Best of all he help me create what I wanted in my furniture that I didn’t think was going to happen but it’s only when people take an interest in their customers needs well they do this, I think La-Z-Boy has very nice furniture & alot to offer.

Worked with the LaZBoy store in Wayne, NJ. From the original salesperson who helped us choose and design our custom sectional to the additional two salespeople who researched and answered some detailed questions and help close the deal, all were professional, polite, accurate and gave us all the time we needed. They were great to work with and we would refer friends & relatives in a heartbeat.
