I know I was not an easy customer dealing with issues from my town as to what I was allowed to do - changing and delaying my order numerous times. Luke was so helpful, patient, accommodating and NEVER once made me feel like I was an annoyance (which is such a rarity now a days). He always put my worries at ease. I knew I was being taken great care of - top notch customer service! The installers were amazing as well! The fence came out beautiful and they were able to do exactly what I wanted. They were very knowledgeable and respectful. Not one complaint here!! So happy!

(October 1, 2018, 8:30 am)We moved into our house 3 years ago which already had a fence, but we found that we needed one of the vinyl panels to be replaced with a gate. The sign on the fence said Jan Fence and because the fence was nicely installed before it was ours, we went with them. They took out the panel and installed a lovely gate. They did awesome work!! The gate looks great and they cleaned up the installation mess. If I ever need a new fence in this house or the next, I'll have this place install it.

(August 31, 2018, 11:06 am)I used this company in 2010 thought it was great and again 8/2018. Had a lot of fence installed this time. Was nervous because it’s a big investment.
Best workmanship ever! Worth every penny. Sales Rep Anthony was spot on with recommendations.
The work crew Wes and his men worked in the blazing heat and went above and beyond right to the clean up. They were amazing and I am so pleased. Neighbors have been complimenting the quality and how good it looks and couldn’t believe how these guys worked in the heat and did an amazing job.
Office staff equally as nice ! If anyone has a problem with this company, I would just consider the source.
Thanks to all for a great job well done! Truly an investment well spent!! -

(May 24, 2018, 7:11 am)Ryan and his staff were awesome throughout the entire process. Very knowledgeable. Never felt pressured to purchase from him. Even helped me with the permit when there was a issue with the town. Installation crew was great. Had job done in one day, was on time and was flawless.
