  Alison was amazing!!! Go see her because she will make your stay great! So friendly and she explains everything. So clean the facility. Would recommend this place to anyone.

  Tanisha and Alison are the best! I had such a great experience checking into my storage space with them during a very stressful time. They were kind and knowledgeable and straight to the point. I understood exactly what was happening, and they even took extra time to explain my bill to me after I had already checked in and came back for more info.
  
  The only reason I didn't review it 5 stars is because I signed up for a $1/month promotion, and when I went into the facility I had to pay for a lock and insurance and taxes and it drove the price way up. That could have been more clear on the website.
  
  I would still recommend using this facility, but maybe do a little bit of extra research before you go in!

  Allison was absolutely wonderful. She helped me select a storage unit for all of my furniture for the month in between our move from our old home to our current home at an awesome rate. The whole process was extremely smooth even with having my three young kids with me at the office! I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of storage in this area.

  Allison is a true professional. She knows her product extremely well, and also how to work within the system to accomplish necessary tasks. Allison demonstrates compassion and care in handling all issues, good, bad, or no matter how difficult or simple they are. As evidence of how valuable she is to your company, after 2 1/2 years she remembered my name. You cannot teach That kind of customer service. I keep my business with y'all because of this kind of service. Allison is the tops in my book, and I commend her. I also love her Jamaican accent.

  Allison is wonderful! She has great people skills, is very friendly, helpful and professional. She would be an asset to any company!
  The four stars is because I think they raise the rent a little too often and they need a couple more hand trucks. But the place is very clean and convenient and I feel safe if I am there alone.
