I got there 5 minutes before closing time, and Mrs Mccarthy said how may I help you 🙂 , I opened an account there, she helped me in the most professional way , got me all set even with online banking , and I was still asking questions 45 minutes after closing time , lol 😅
But she was so patient and sooooo cool , great customer service and dedication , thank you so much Mrs Mccarthy and sorry for making you work an extra hour after closing , and also sorry for the lady on the counter that had to wait too , happy to open an account with you .

I had some very involved banking to deal with ... I can not imagine getting better, more knowledgeable service & assistance anywhere else. Since my Mountainview branch was closed (I was not happy about that) I have adopted the Preakness Avenue branch and although I miss my old branch & the delightful staff at that location, I am happy to have found a new branch where I feel comfortable & valued.
