Very impressed with Dr. Tran who took the time to explain every aspect of the exam and procedure. Very thorough and gentle. Explained everything clearly and concisely, often drawing on my X-ray to demonstrate. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions. Dr. Tran came highly recommended and I can see why. Appointment was on time and office staff friendly and very helpful.
My first root canal and I couldn't be more satisfied with Dr. Tran. Dr. Tran is very thorough, knowledgeable and the moment you sit in his office you begin to feel relaxed and not afraid. His staff is also wonderful. Dr. Tran explains everything very clearly and he tells you what you will be feeling as he proceeds with the procedure. But, most importantly, there was NO PAIN! He makes sure you are comfortable and are not feeling any discomfort. No pain with the anesthesia injections, no pain during the procedure and no pain after the anesthesia wears off. It was one of the most satisfying experience I had after being so fearful of a root canal.
Very professional, great visit, i felt very comfortable throughout. Highly reccomend.
