Have owned several pairs of Skechers and returned today for another. Got just what I wanted in a laced walking shoe that is light, comfortable and casual. My partner also got a natty pair of womens slip on sneakers. About her 3rd pair of Sketchers too. Our great salesman, Chief, was amicable and patient in accommodating our try on requests. Also a kudo for Kevin's friendliness at check out. Nice experience.

(June 29, 2018, 5:32 pm)Service was great, it was obvious that some other customers were challenging but the employees were patient. I was able to go in, see what I wanted, try it on, and leave in under 30 minutes. I plan on going back next time I need new shoes for walking or running.

(June 23, 2018, 8:14 pm)The shoes are expensive (is that really a surprise, though?) but the staff are very responsive and friendly. Shoes on display come in select sizes, so you can focus more on design. Just ask the staff to get your size and try them on. There's also a lot of discounts for Elite/Rewards members. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new pair of high-quality, durable shoes.
