The workers at the site on Ferry were very helpful and polite. The team emptied my car which was full of insecticides, paint, paint remover, cleaning solvents and more. I would recommend this as the answer to disposing of harmful products. It is a place where items can be taken so that our environment can be protected. When I mention this service to my friends who are residents of Detroit they are surprised, but delighted to know that this service exists.”

“Best experience for me and my family! We went to the Garfield location and had a terrible experience from their rude and unprofessional staff. However at this location everyone was super professional, friendly and helpful. We are experiencing many changes due to the Covid 19 and I must say that at this location the staff is taking the proper precautions to keep everything clean and safe for their patients. Very affordable for glasses and contacts! Wait time was just right, I have to say I’m impressed with their customer service. I have read negative reviews from other patients regarding the wait time but I can’t imagine the staff would be able to provide excellent care if they didn’t take their time with patients! He then directed me to another store where they had it in stock --- went out of his way to call ahead of time to the store manager to first check that the item was there and could they please hold it for me. What a class act operation -- first class customer care.”
