Any member of the community, over the age of 18, who both desires companionship and who meets eligibility requirements for admissions are highly encouraged to apply. Our medical adult day care facility and services offer Salem County eligible residents much-needed companionship within a secure environment, in which licensed nursing supervision and care, board-certified social services, licensed nutritional consultation and care, certified therapeutic recreational activities programming, in-house physical and occupational therapy (provided by Boston Rehabilitation Associates)*, non-urgent medical transportation, assistance with activities of daily living (such as showering/bathing), and two nutritionally balanced meals (breakfast and lunch) are offered/provided. In addition, our program is proud to partner with Garden State Psychiatric Services in order to offer our clients exemplary in-house mental health counseling/therapy and psychiatric medication management.* As a bonus, our facility offers our clients a media center and library for their reading enjoyment, quiet socialization, and computer usage needs, as well as a quiet room for those clients who wish to destress, meditate, and/or take an afternoon nap. Our activities programming includes a vast and enjoyably engaging array of arts and crafts, games, events, such as birthday party celebrations, entertainment, religious/spiritual services, and planned trips within the community, all of which are designed as part of a therapeutic program to provide stimulation and to promote/maintain independence for our clients.

If u have any Medical needs that your not able to control or need help understanding the nurses are their to lean a helping hand. This program is great for those caregivers that just don’t have the time for themselves. Your love one can be part of a loving program where they are able to socialize with others and learn from one and other. They will receive a health breakfast and lunch. Do day trips and activities. Transportation is also available to and from home. Extra bonus transportation to and from doctors appointments. So many great things about this program. Go in for a tour I promise you will love it.
