  Hi everyone, the hotel is clean, in a great location and priced reasonably. The GM Ollivia is great. This hotel definitely deserves five stars but there’s one problem standing in my way from doing that.
  
  There is one host that is terrible, her name is Theresa. Every time either myself or anyone I work with encounters this woman, there is a problem. She’s is rude, controlling and at times downright nasty. I have actually witnessed this woman playing games with people checking in at the front lobby. It is a shame. Is this down not turnaround I won’t be able to continue staying here.
  
  While I was reading other reviews and one of the comments I saw a few times was the room was canceled. As for the room being canceled I have witnessed this twice. Once myself. The room is billed to the car before you arrive, if for some reason it doesn’t clear up your room is canceled. Our corporate office uses a card to hold the room but it will not allow rooms to be charged. I have never seen a hotel pre-charge the room before you arrive. This is not happened in the last few visits I’ve been there.

  Wonderful place. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Highly recommended.

  Nice hotel, with nice big rooms. A good value for your buck.

  I love Hilton hotels! Stayed at this one for the first time in Nov 2018. Had a great stay! I met a man from Germany on the elevator. The staff is great, esp those at the front desk. They were friendly & helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good; hot food served. I do plan to stay here again!!
