  I stopped here looking for help and some new options, I found a wonderful young man that was as knowledgeable and helpful as he was courteous. Very surprised that there are young people that still know how to work and do a good job. I bought a phone elsewhere and got the wrong one but he still helped me and got me a new Note 9 to replace the other. Very grateful and thankful for his help.

  My husband and I were in desperate need of new phones. We went to the Verizon store in Pilesgrove, New Jersey. The sales associate Donovan helped us and we can't thank him enough. He was extremely informative and patient. He is the epitome of someone who provides GREAT customer service!
  Verizon is lucky to have Donovan on its team!

  Can't say enough about the great experience I just had at the Verizon store in Pilesgrove NJ.
  Donovan Cook was the sales associate and he is fantastic! I'm not very tech savvy, but Donovan was able to explain everything in terms that I could understand... and made suggestions about which phone and service would be best for me.
  Donovan knows his stuff... which, in today's world, is becoming a rarity!
  If everyone in customer service worked like Donovan does, we'd be in much better shape.
