  Great place! Owners are extremely nice. Love the dog park. I will take a picture and add to the review. It is huge! I'm sure this place is a blast in the summer. It is December now. I still enjoy walking around the park. The pond is very pretty and my kids love the playground.

  Beautiful place to stay. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of family activities in the summer and the pool is great. Some of the residents are snobs but most are quiet and very friendly. Store and restaurant are cute and have a ton of stuff.

  This was our first trip out in new 5th wheel. Called about two weeks prior and they had a spot for our 37 ft. Arrived and map was left on the door as we knew they would not be in the office upon arrival. Was able to easily get to the spot (SITE 348). Spots are mostly sand and gravel in this area. It was slightly off level left to right, but not bad. Hook ups were all good and no issues. Very quiet area. Nice shade with trees. Kids enjoyed going to playground and playing in creek and near pond with friends they quickly made. Only real complaint is that, the road out from the site has ALOT of ruts and could use a good grading. A bit white knuckle pulling out between the trees and dealing with ruts. But we will return in the future....

  I am still here but it's been a fantastic summer. I am working in Philadelphia for a bit and this is my special getaway. A lot here is better than trying to find short term housing! But the staff are overachievers in the best way possible. They treat me like family. Their events on the weekends are fun and adorable. I highly recommend this location.

  Just did 2 Nights this past weekend. Huge Campground which is nice to walk, the trade off it is a lot to maintain. And it shows in some areas.
  
  The new pool is great. Next year after the landscaping grows in , it will be a great addition. Pond area is nice for swimming and fishing. playground is also quite large and updated which is nice to see. Most Campsites are large, some seasonal sites could be almost a 1/4 acre.. BIG!!..
  We had 4 sites together with 3 other families and had a good time.
  
  My only concerns with our sites were the Dead rotted tree stumps that are in the middle of some sites.. I know now is not the time to attend to these, but i hope in the off season they do. Also had 2 trees in the site that had large Tree Bees infested in them. right against the roadway, and with tons of kids riding and walking by it could be bad news..
  
  Also in the off season they should really attend to some of the abandoned season sites... eye sores for everyone I'm sure.
  And some empty sites also appear to have not been used for years with growth over running them. Maybe they don't want to keep them as future sites because of maintenance, which i understand, but just looks bad in some places
  
  The Water/Electric only Tent sites were MASSIVE. Biggest I've ever seen. If this is your thing, this is a great place for that. I did not peek in the bathrooms , sorry ..
  
  Overall the staff was great, the ice cream was great, The Store, was well stocked.. the Cookies at check in are great!!. With the right sites this can be great campground. I will put this on my list of places to check on in a year or so to see how it has progressed.
