Today, Dr. Craig Siegel taught me that “Everyone reacts to stress in a different way. Some people get headaches; others may get an upset stomach with stress”....and for me, stress definitely attacks my back or neck! ~ I’ve been especially negligent about my health recently: Need to reorder vitamins; Need to get back into a workout routine; Etc. ~ Having said all of that, every time I visit #Bedminster #Chiropractic (which I SHOULD do more often!), I am truly blown-away by how Dr. Craig (or Dr. Drew) Siegel address my pain/issue. I’m fascinated by the technologies and procedures that they use to literally relax my muscles right before my eyes!
