Jen is a great trainer, and really worked hard to personalize my workouts to achieve my goals. I was always excited to go workout and knew that what I would be doing would be fun and beneficial. She knew how to switch things up every session so one body part would not be overlooked or forgotten. Her positive attitude and fun personality always left me with a smile, looking forward to my next session! Her knowledge about the human body and the correct way to do exercises made it much easier to workout by myself too and feel myself get a valuable workout. Working with Jen was an absolute pleasure. She was always pleasant, professional, communicated well, was firm, yet still flexible when needed.
