Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Only reason why is was 4 stars was because of the gardeners right outside our window at 630am. This was a Monday morning, but hoping that time can be pushed back a little bit as that was quite disturbing on our day off.

Super nice staff. Good place for families. Our family of 6 stayed there pretty comfortably.

Very nice extended stay hotel in east mesa, and fairly close to lots of shopping and the freeway. Hotel looks nearly brand new.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are large, with full refrigerator,stove and plates cups ect. Had a great breakfast room pancakes eggs potatoes bacon cereal etc. I would recommend residents inn

All I can say is HOSPITALITY! You can call or go to the desk and within seconds, without question, have everything addressed and prompt. The staff is just darling. The hotel is quiet, calm, friendly, and welcoming. Very clean, rooms are spacious, it does feel like a residential place. Breakfast is the best you will get via a Marriott Hotel, even if you pay for breakfast at a Marriott Resort. Lobby has plenty of space for whatever you need. Huge outdoor patio set up, grill, lounge area. Pool is clean, workout room is clean, laundry on site (clean), and has newer washer and dryers. Basketball (half court), little to no wear and tear. Nice outdoor property (landscaping) can walk around and enjoy the scenery. Architecture and design are a plus. Well lit parking lot at night, definitely helps with safety. This hotel actually has security cameras, another plus. The staff again is phenomenal, and that ultimately makes or breaks a stay at a hotel. Oh luggage carts— those are nice and kept up as well.

Jeff and team are Great!!! Very responsive and on time when appointments are set. He came in and installed a whole home surge protector and added a few outlets at my house and I am very happy on how clean and fast they worked. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any electrical needs. Honest and quality work! What else can you ask for? Good job Lit Technologies!!!
