(November 7, 2018, 8:38 am)I live in Philadelphia and will travel to get my car taken care of at Prestige. Jim is transparent and will let you know when something can wait and when something can’t. He’s about making sure you’re safe and comfortable when on the road. He’ll take the time to explain to you why you need the work done respectfully and in a way you can understand. Highly recommended.

Jim’s team is exceptional – actual repair costs have always been lower than the estimates, the shop is clean and orderly, our repairs have always been completed on time with no surprises and I’m always amazed how much Morgan knows about cars; she’s phenomenal! Quick story… ten years ago I had this lingering minor problem with my Mercedes Benz that went on for a few years that Mercedes Benz just could figure out. Finally, I took my car to Prestige – incredibly, they diagnosed the problem immediately – that was my first visit and my last to the dealership! Oh, and one more thing… we now live in Vermont and still have our cars serviced at Prestige Auto Repair; that’s the real story!
(July 25, 2018, 9:46 am)The quality of service and attention to detail is by far the best service I have ever had experienced at an auto repair garage. Having lived in 6 states hopefully validates that statement. I always appreciate the phone call explaining the status of the car and recommendations, and more importantly is the service worth the investment is much appreciated. Specifically when I took my 2008 Range Rover Sport with 275,000 miles into the shop with a few strange noises, the message was we could fix the issue but it is time to let my most favorite car go. They even found a wholesaler to buy it!
(July 25, 2018, 6:35 am)Convenient location, friendly service, a call to let you know what needs to be done instead of waiting all day to go pick up your car only to find out you need a part & you'll have to come back another day to have it taken care of. Jim is an honest businessman and will take good care of you and your car. Jim and his staff strive to make your experience a positive one.

They took care of my old 2005 Porsche Cayenne Turbo for a few years (that feat alone deserves a medal for all !.....there's a moral here...never buy the "first" of anything :( )...and Jim's team has recently 'surveyed' an Audi Q7 that I was considering to purchase.
The small fee (don't think about charging me more next time...lol) was well worth the money.
Seriously, a great place that goes the extra mile (excuse the pun) to make sure that things turn out as best as possible for the customers
