It's a beautiful calm place to visit during your travels on rt 78. It's a small over look.

Nice quiet overlook. You can hear the highway (Interstate 78) but can't see it. There are no services here (e.g. food, bathrooms, etc.) and no place to sit, except for the wooden railing. However, it is still a nice place to stop, especially when you are on a long ride. There is ample parking, and there were only six other cars when I stopped, which was around 10:00 AM on a Sunday. There isn't too much to photo, except for the valley, but you can get a few nice pictures with your kids.

Great view, light use. Correct hours are Sunrise to Sunset daily.

As a first timer stumbling on this place, I was super happy to have found it. I mean, the view is only slightly ruined by this ugly, unsightly chain link fence but it is absolutely gorgeous. You can see the rolling hills and mountains, some of which just HAD to be located in PA, almost certain of that. But I digress, the view and everything won my heart but some of the visitors that go there kind of creepy me out, I'm not sure what it is but, yeah... Let's just say I didn't leave because it was too late.
