Vanessa called me to do some normal marketing to existing customers. However, I did not want to Uptick my coverage, but rather had been considering changing companies to get my rate down.
Vanessa responded valiantly to this, and worked through my policy step-by-step, making a large difference in my premium.
Her patience with me was more than admirable, as I had her repeat things a few times. She is an excellent agent, with excellent, sincere customer skills. Her performance reminded me why I have been with the Karen Mojka agency and State Farm for so long and will continue to be a State Farm customer with Karen Mojka's group.
This performance by my State Farm agency gives me to trust that the company will respond in the same manner should I ever have to file a claim. (By the way, I have filed claims in the past, and State Farm was stellar in its payments and responses.)

Brittany was professional and sincere with us throughout. She patiently answered all our questions, since we had moved here from another state and there were issues that needed to be explained. She was always available through the entire process with prompt follow-up calls and providing us with all paperwork as was needed and requested by us.
In all, she made our (necessary) Insurance experience (with the already stressful process of moving to a new state), pleasant and efficient.
