The forms to fill out were a little long, but overall the process wasn't nearly as painful as I expected. The practice was extremely thorough through the whole process and made sure there were no hiccups with the NJ MMP. Overall, I couldn't be happier that I reached out to Dr. Boguslavsky and his staff!
