  Very nice people working here. I left my wallet in my other bag and they didn’t charge me for my much needed coffee. Thank so so much!!

  Trendy atmosphere, decent amount of seating, and a reasonable wait time for your drink orders. It's less busy during the later evening hours on a weeknight and sees more customer traffic during the day, particularly on the weekends.
  
  It's great to hang out with a friend and chat over some lattes. I'd recommend it for the seating alone and also there's free Wi-Fi and a few outlets where you can charge your phone and laptop. Just make sure you come in when there's a spot open with an available outlet. ;)

  I work in Somerset, this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Most of the staff is very friendly and so welcoming. Because of the location, parking can be a bit tough, and it seems they are extremely busy at certain times (mornings and lunch time) but, that's when the mobile ordering app comes in handy, which I LOVE!! I have worked in Somerset for over 8 years now and I have seen seen the staff change so many times in this location but I have never had a problem with any of them or with my orders.

  I'm a long-time customer of this Starbucks. Although there is turnover at times, whoever is hired is always top notch in Customer Service. It is an outstanding spot to get to know your neighbors and you are always treated with respect there. Highly recommended.

  Good service. Their problem: since they are off of Cedar Grove Lane, one of the main streets of Franklin Twp., everyone goes there. So it's always crowded. Good place, but they should definitely stock up on staff so that everyone's order comes within at least 45 minutes.
