  I had a very important document that was "delivered" but to the wrong mailbox. After going to the Somerset Post Office, I was able to speak with the supervisor, Samantha, about my issue; she was very understanding and extremely helpful. She went above & beyond to coordinate the search for my package! I am very happy with the service I received at this location and will be returning for any future needs.

  I went to get a new passport. They were so helpful and friendly! I was confused by the online process and accidentally made my appointment a little wrong, but it was no trouble at all for them, they let me know what I had to do and answered all my questions.
  I had also called and spoke to them on the phone, they answered quickly and also very friendly over the phone.
