I will say that just due to the recent customer service alone from the owner I plan to give the bakery another try. Not only did the owner apologize and wanted details to look into the issue she refunded my purchase without me even asking her to. Maybe they had an iffy day but I will say customer service goes a long way and they just earned me back for another try. I'm changing my rating from 2 to 5 for excellent customer support.”
