I have never had a bad experience with the desk staff; on the contrary, they all know you by name and will ask about your family and life and are exceptionally friendly. I switched from a larger practice at the very end of my pregnancy because I wasn't getting the attention and care that Dr.White was able to provide in his (single doctor) practice.
