  After going to 2 other stores looking at furniture, I was disgusted by the salesperson that literally followed us all around the stores. Steve was a very helpful salesman and gave us the space that we needed to look around. He made the purchase of the living room set very easy and stress free. He answered all of my questions & the women at the desk were all very friendly. Wonderful experience!!! Thank you all

  Tom was very pleasant as soon as I walked in. Understood what I was looking for and had patience with my indecisiveness.
  I went in for living room furniture and ended up also getting a new mattress. Good Veterans Day sales.
  Can’t wait to get my deliveries!

  Barbara was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable in helping us choose a living room set. She took her time with us and made sure all measurements were precise. She made furniture shopping fun, rather than overwhelming. We will definitely return to this Value City for any furniture needs in the future.

  Tom McKenna is the Best! For the third time we visited and purchased items from this store, his recommendations helped us a lot, not only on getting around the right numbers to purchase but also finding the right pieces of furniture that we needed. I appreciate all the work that he did for us! He's a great asset of the store!

  This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in customer service! The entire team was outstanding from the moment i walked in the door to the moment i left. Barbra was the sales rep that assisted me and i can truly say she genuinely cared about helping me. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture and her hospitality was beyond amazing. The manager Eddie was equally as great and helped us get a price that was unbeatable. Together they made an awesome team. I came in just to look around and ended up furnishing my entire apartment!
  
  This place is a hidden gem and should be praised much more than It is. I would recommend to anyone looking for great quality furniture for a lower price, mixed in with 5 star service. Amazing experience!
