RSW Euro is the best place to go and have your vehicle worked on; their professionalism and experience are beyond exceptional. My Porsche runs how I need it to, and I wish I had found them sooner. The amount of money I paid a lousy Porsche tech to work on my car and order parts, they did in two days, if not the same day. Parts were shipped the same day; if parts were unavailable, they arrived no later than the next day. I highly recommend them. The prices are fair and doable, and I have no gripes, moans, or complaints. What I paid here, any other dealership's costs would be out of the roof. It is an honor to do business with them, and I now only trust them with my vehicle.

I have had performance work done on my 2021 S4 at every notable shop in northern New Jersey and have attempted to have work done at all of the rest. Some shops don’t even respond or follow through with an estimate. RSW is the polar opposite of those shops. From my first call to the final delivery, every single detail of the experience with these guys has been an absolute pleasure. The level of communication I received - especially during the installation - made me feel like they care about my car as much as I do. To add to all of this, the work was done with a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that made me feel very comfortable and secure. Keep it up, guys. You’re the best in the business.

Fantastic customer service and equally fantastic care of my car/parts. Got new wheels and tires installed and they took great care of my car and wheels. They were able to also diagnose and rectify a balance issue with a set of spacers. Did not just slap it all together and send me on my way....I am very satisfied!

Excellent service, I went there for brake fluid flush. Travis and Chris answered a lot my questions. Had a good conversation with technician “Mohavi” sorry I forgot the exact name. And another technician joined us in the middle but I didn’t have chance to know his name. He has a Miata, that’s all I know lol. I will come back for sure for future needs. Strongly recommend. give it a try. Clean facility, clean working area. Reasonable price.

All around great experience. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I was emailed photos that verified the issues going on with my car. I was able to approve or deny any of the repairs and suggested maintenance in real time. I will definitely be bringing my car back for all maintenance and upgrades going forward. They also had everything done in a day which was awesome.
