  Hot tub was delivered on time and professionally placed on my deck. Set up was easy.
  Aldo was very helpful from the beginning to end of the purchase and is still around when I have questions.
  Hrathmate's pricing is very competitive. The Service is great.

  I can't say enough about how great this company is. I had my new hot tub installed in July. It was a rough
  install due to a tight fit on stairs, but this company sent the extra help needed to facilitate the install without delay. This is my second hot tub but the first
  with a salt system. The owner, Aldo, happily answered all of my questions over the phone and was eager to insure I knew exactly what I was doing.
  He was very patient and helpful. Additionally, I wanted my cover moved since it blocked the view I needed. The service techs sent were great-making
  sure the move was done safely for the hot tub and to my satisfaction. Their customer service is second to none and is much appreciated. I am a very happy customer.

  I would give 10 stars if I could. We showed up at the store 3 minutes before they were closing. Aldo stayed another hour to explain all we needed to know about hot tubs. We chose our hot tub that night, and exactly a week later, our hot tub was delivered and installed. Raul and his team were awesome. They quickly installed the hot tub and Raul taught us how to operate it. We are all very excited about this purchase and we couldn’t be more impressed with Healthmate. They are all very professional, knowledgeable, and honest.

  Can’t say enough about HealthMate and our salesperson Aldo! He made the purchase process fast and easy. Offered great financing and faster than expected delivery. The deliver team is top notch for sure. They were super careful handling our Grandee tub, walked me through a quick start up and made sure position of tub was where we wanted it. They didn’t leave until we were 100% happy. This place just has amazing service all around. They know what they’re doing.

  Friendly and professional staff of HealthMate makes purchase and ownership of our swim spa is a pleasant experience. We ordered our swim spa during pandemic and during the prolonged wait all our numerous inquiries were always timely answered and we were given clear and honest ETA on delivery. After the arrival and installation of spa we had some minor technical issue and the entire HealthMate staff was very attentive and ready to help!
