She is very patient and calmly answered all the questions. This was the best use of my weekend! Highly recommend to learn asanas from her.

I have been interested in Yoga for many years. I started with some basic and fundamental practices but I felt I needed to dive deeper. I booked a two day session in "Hatha Yoga Kula" Studio and had the best experience imaginable.

The space, peaceful and clean. So helpful to reach the meditative states we aspire to.

Darshika Sona, our teacher was so gentle and her teaching style is amazing. She helps you get it in a clear way and answers all of your questions. At the end you will understand all that you went for. When I made mistakes she corrected them in a way that never made me feel like a beginner. In my experience and opinion her patience is that of a saint. I will personally be back and recommend anyone thinking of booking to think no more and take action. You will not regret, your body will thank you later.

Thank you very much for the opportunity, it was a very nice feeling to come back. Everything about the Yogasanas program went well. The best thing for me is there were no thoughts or any distractions or disturbances during the program for 2 days which is not normal and was completely able to focus there. The only other place that’s possible is Mahima hall at iii. I felt the same atmosphere as of iii. It is definitely a consecrated space with Sadghurus energy, I really enjoyed the program

I took up surya Kriya with Darshika Sona and just like the last program it surpassed my expectations. The subtle atmospheric aliveness and her unique style of communicating the practices felt as if sadhguru himself was using her body to transmit it, so much so that the whole time I had A smile I couldn’t hold back. During the sessions she took the initiative, corrected my challenges and in doing so I felt protected and easily understood her directives as if she imprinted them in my mind. I am beyond grateful.

You must take a class with Sona. She leaves the fragrance of the guru where she goes. If you are on the fence, just do it. Take the class. You will be forever changed. Her ashram is a consecrated space, and happens to be a home. Take the class, you will be forever transformed.
