    Lisa is incredible! During the pandemic I put on a lot of weight. I felt unhealthy and unmotivated and wanted to get back on track with strength training and nutrition. Lisa is professional, knowledgeable, positive, understanding and will push you to your full potential. Lisa loves what she does and it makes each session fun and enjoyable. She will go out of her way to make sure you stay on track. I cannot recommend Lisa enough, she is the BEST!

    How often do you hear these words: “Thank you for taking care of your body!”? This is how my personal trainer, Lisa Duma, greets me every week when I come to her home-based gym for workout. I have to confess – I HATE physical activities (unless it is walking!). It wasn’t an easy decision for me to start exercising, especially with the personal trainer (knowing upfront that it will be pretty intense).
    But I needed someone who can push me and yet, knows my limits. I needed someone who can listen and at the same time, challenge and demand. I got it all in Lisa!
    Her trainings are highly customized and never repeat: one week we are working on full body training, another week we work on flexibility, after that we do body weight exercises…. It is a surprise for me every time - but for Lisa, it is a careful preparation for each class.
    What I also like about Lisa’s approach is that she explains what each exercise supposed to do and what effect I am getting! So, it is not only about training your muscles – it is about training your mind!
    Lisa really loves what she does! It is clearly her passion: making people feel good about their body, how they look and how they feel!

    I am a full time gymnast and ever since I started training with Lisa two years ago, my body has become a lot more balanced, healthy, and I’ve been able to gain more confidence. Not only does she lead efficient and amazing workouts, she created a safe environment for person growth and development. Lisa pushes me to be the best version of myself.

    Lisa is an awesome personal trainer. Rather than starting me on a cookie-cutter workout regimen, she assessed my existing at-home exercise (e.g., rowing machine, walking) and developed a personalized program of complimentary strength and flexibility exercises needed to achieve a full-fitness result. Also, the routine is not the same every time, but just the right mix of repeated and new exercises to keep it fun and interesting. Lisa is very careful to make sure you're performing each exercise with the right position and posture and she offers helpful encouragement to test your limits. And since we are what we eat, Lisa also worked with me on nutrition, highlighting things I'm already doing right but also explaining where and why she'd suggest changes. I'd also like to add that I just really enjoy my time with Lisa. Let's face it, if you're going to work out regularly with a personal trainer, you want them to be great at what they do, while also having a great time doing it with them. With Lisa, you will get the best of both!

    Lisa is an outstanding trainer. I had gotten out of shape and gained 30 lbs when I started training with her late last year. In a few months I lost all this weight and got in the shape I was in 15 years ago. She emphasizes both strength training and nutrition, as well as a positive attitude. The results were amazing! I also look and feel a lot younger! If you want real results to loose weight, feel stronger, be more energetic, look younger, Lisa is the trainer your looking for !
